Group Tour Request
We are so glad that you are considering a visit to St. Edward’s University! Please answer the following questions for us to schedule the most convenient and appropriate visit for your group.
Be sure to submit your group tour request at a minimum of three (3) weeks in advance
.
Kindly note:
Our Group Visit Policy requires that guided group tours and Office of Admission presentations are limited to students that are currently sophomores, juniors, or seniors in high school, groups of currently enrolled college students looking to transfer, and have a serious desire to visit campus.
Group tours are limited to 40 students with one adult chaperone for every ten students.
For our younger visitors or groups larger than 40, we offer materials for self-guided tours that can be picked up at the Welcome Center when you check-in for your visit. Please still submit this form so that we can prepare the materials for your arrival.
Summer 2026 tours are available from Monday, May 18 until Friday, August 14. Fall 2026 tours are available from Monday, August 24 until Friday, November 20.
Availability of a guided campus tour is dependent upon the guidelines mentioned above, and based on a first come, first served basis. We require 48 hours advance notice for cancellations. Groups who do not provide this will not be able to reschedule for a guided tour.

Group Tour Date and Time Preferences
Please note, we currently only offer Guided Group Tours from Monday, May 18 through Friday, August 14 for the spring semester.
We are not able to offer Guided Group Tours on weekends, university holidays or during special events hosted by the Office of Admission.
Guided Group Tour availability is based upon our Group Tour Policy Guidelines and filled on a first-come-first served basis. Guided Group Tours must be requested a minimum of three weeks in advance. Group tours last approximately one hour. If your group is more than 15 minutes late, the tour guide will be released and you will have to take a self-guided tour.
